Together, we will get ultra clear on what you want to achieve and what is currently holding you back.

Coaching with me is a partnership, not a dictatorship. You won’t get barked orders, rigid meal plans, or guilt trips. Instead, you’ll get a coach who listens, adapts, and meets you where you are. Life is messy—stress, fatigue, and setbacks are normal. My role is to be in your corner: guiding, encouraging, and sometimes challenging you, always with your wellbeing in mind. Your role is simply to show up as you are—not perfectly, just honestly—and be open to trying, reflecting, and adapting.

Together, we’ll create an approach that fits your life, not an off-the-shelf plan.

I work with you, not at you. Coaching is a conversation, not a lecture. We’ll explore your energy, habits, routines, and stress patterns, then build small, realistic changes that actually work in your world.

So should you do this course? If you have struggled with your self-

Is this another strict diet or intense fitness program?

Nope. This isn’t about extremes, restrictions, or punishment. It’s about restoring energy, improving sleep, building realistic routines, and helping you feel good in your body again—without giving up your favourite foods or dreading exercise.

How is your approach different from other health or wellness coaches?

I’m trained in the science of sleep, stress, and recovery and have more than 26 years of coaching experience. I take a “whole person” approach - That means I help you address the real-life stressors that sabotage your progress, with tools for managing emotional eating, burnout, low motivation, and more—without overwhelming you with more to do.

I’m really busy. Will I actually have time to do this?

Yes. Everything is designed to fit into your real life, not take it over. You’ll get flexible tools, simple strategies, and support to help you stay consistent even when life is hectic. Many clients say this is the first time something has felt manageable.

What kind of results can I expect?

That depends on your goals, but most clients report better sleep, calmer days, more consistent habits, improved mood, and increased energy within just a few weeks. You’ll feel more in control, confident, and like yourself again. That’s the real transformation.

Do I have to be super motivated to start?

Not at all. In fact, many people come to me feeling stuck, tired, or unsure of where to start. That’s exactly what we work on together. You don’t need to be “ready”—you just need to be open to trying a new way that meets you where you are.
