1999: Took on my first client as a typical personal trainer, Focused mainly on working with athletes to improve performance
2003: Shifted into injury and illness rehabilitation within the NHS and private practice building deep expertise in recovery and resilience alongside managing several gyms, leading classes and teaching a childhood obesity program
2011: Went fully self-employed, expanding my coaching to include sleep, stress, and nutrition.
2014: Added psychotherapy, hypnosis and mindset training, recognising how much thoughts and beliefs shape wellbeing.
Today, my work blends science-based strategies with practical, real-life application and over a quarter of a century of experience— so you get results you can actually sustain.
