My story

My journey in this field started in 1999 when I took on my first client. During the initial years, I focused on working with athletes and helping them improve their performance.

In 2003, I made a significant shift towards injury and illness rehabilitation, recognising the need for specialised care in this area. This decision led me to spend six valuable years in the NHS, where I gained extensive experience in supporting individuals on their road to recovery.

In 2011, I took the leap and ventured into private practice as a fully self-employed professional. This allowed me the freedom to expand my services and further diversify my skill set. In 2014, I added psychotherapy and mindset training to my repertoire, understanding the immense impact that our thoughts and beliefs have on our overall well-being.

Throughout my professional journey, I have developed a strong expertise in sleep, stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mindset. These areas are my main focus when working with clients, as I firmly believe that they form the foundation of a thriving, balanced life.

Away from my work, I find great joy in adventure and exploration. Whether it’s hiking through picturesque landscapes, biking along scenic trails, or immersing myself in different cultures through travel, I thrive on new experiences. My love for technology, especially health tech, constantly drives me to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.

So should you do this course? If you have struggled with your self-

is the course for you. But only if you want it as believe me, it will be a

How is your approach different from other health or wellness coaches?

I’m trained in the science of sleep, stress, and recovery and have more than 26 years of coaching experience. I take a “whole person” approach - That means I help you address the real-life stressors that sabotage your progress, with tools for managing emotional eating, burnout, low motivation, and more—without overwhelming you with more to do.

I’m really busy. Will I actually have time to do this?

Yes. Everything is designed to fit into your real life, not take it over. You’ll get flexible tools, simple strategies, and support to help you stay consistent even when life is hectic. Many clients say this is the first time something has felt manageable.

What kind of results can I expect?

That depends on your goals, but most clients report better sleep, calmer days, more consistent habits, improved mood, and increased energy within just a few weeks. You’ll feel more in control, confident, and like yourself again. That’s the real transformation.

Do I have to be super motivated to start?
