You know you need to, and probably want to exercise but don’t have the energy, the willpower or the enthusiasm to actually do anything about it. Sleep is irregular and doesn’t seem to restore you and you wake up feeling like you need another couple of hours of sleep in order to be able to face the day.
You seem stuck in Groundhog Day and yet still keep doom scrolling social media in order to find that one magic solution that will solve everything. You keep looking for the next diet and nutritional info that will give you that energy you have been looking for, keep looking for the next exercise trend to give you back your body and keep seeking the next supplement or tech gadget to make everything easier.
But still, nothing works.
