Everyday Balance is about working with your body and brain—not against them. It’s about striking a sustainable rhythm across six key areas of deep health: stress, sleep, food, movement, productivity, and rest.

But rather than chasing perfection, we focus on the four pillars that keep real-life change possible: Calm, Clear, Confident, and Consistent.

This isn’t about rigid routines or all-or-nothing thinking. It’s about doing enough, consistently enough, to feel good again—physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It’s about creating everyday habits that actually fit your life, so you can recharge your energy, rebuild your confidence, and get back to feeling like yourself.

I created Everyday Balance because, honestly, I couldn’t find anything that met me where I was. Fitness felt like it was all bootcamps, six-packs, and ‘no excuses’ hustle. Nutrition advice was either punishing or perfectionist—cutting out whole food groups and joy. And wellbeing? That was either deeply spiritual or deeply impractical—lovely in theory, but impossible to maintain in daily life.

Everyday Balance fills the gap.

It’s the middle ground: no extremes, no guilt, no need for a weekend retreat or a 30-day challenge to "get back on track."

Nope. This isn’t about extremes, restrictions, or punishment. It’s about restoring energy, improving sleep, building realistic routines, and helping you feel good in your body again—without giving up your favourite foods or dreading exercise.

How is your approach different from other health or wellness coaches?

I’m trained in the science of sleep, stress, and recovery and have more than 26 years of coaching experience. I take a “whole person” approach - That means I help you address the real-life stressors that sabotage your progress, with tools for managing emotional eating, burnout, low motivation, and more—without overwhelming you with more to do.

I’m really busy. Will I actually have time to do this?

Yes. Everything is designed to fit into your real life, not take it over. You’ll get flexible tools, simple strategies, and support to help you stay consistent even when life is hectic. Many clients say this is the first time something has felt manageable.

What kind of results can I expect?
