first call

first call

Are you a little hesitant to book a call?

This isn’t a sales pitch.

It’s more like a first coffee. A casual, no-pressure chat to see if we click.

We’ll use these 15 minutes to get a feel for whether we can hold an honest, open conversation—and whether what I offer feels like a good fit for where you’re at right now. That’s really it.

We'll talk about:

  • What’s going on for you at the moment

  • What you've already tried

  • What’s worked, what hasn’t

  • And what you might need next

This call is completely risk-free on your end.

For you, it's 15 minutes of your time. For me, I’ll often do a few of these a day without charging a thing—because it's important that both sides feel it's a good fit before going any further.

If we both feel like there's a connection and potential here, I’ll send you a short follow-up video. That video will summarise what we talked about, outline your options, and give you time to reflect—without pressure. You can watch it when it suits you, share it with a partner or friend, and sit with the decision in your own time.

Then, if you're still interested, we’ll book a second short call—a “decision” call.

That one is purely to help you get off the fence.

And that decision could be one of three things:

  1. Yes, this is what I want—and I want to do it with you.

  2. Yes, I want to make changes—but I think I need to work with someone else.

  3. No, this isn’t for me right now—and that’s totally fine too.

What I want to help you avoid is staying stuck in that “maybe” zone—uncertain, overwhelmed, not taking action, and feeling worse for it.

So that’s what to expect.

The discovery call is just the first step. If it feels right, we’ll move gently and clearly from there—with support, not pressure.
